JADENS Warranty Policy

 The JADENS brand products ("JADENS") under Jadens (HK) Company Limited warrant to the original end-user purchaser that JADENS label makers and printers ("Product(s)") purchased from the JADENS official website or authorized platform sellers shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later).  
As JADENS cannot control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized online marketplace sellers, this warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from JADENS or its authorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law. JADENS reserves the right to deny warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (including unauthorized online marketplace sellers).  
Exclusions:  
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Damage to computers or devices connected to the Product
- Loss or corruption of data, programs, records, or other information
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or neglect
- Damage resulting from the use of non-JADENS third-party labels
